The hallway has a laundry area and leads into the bedroom and bathroom.
The home is one half of a duplex, with completely separated exterior spaces. Guests will have access to the right side of the building, and the inside of the gated space around the unit. Guests will not have access to the other side of the lot, or to enter any of the other gated areas around the property.
