Original late 1800s home on 3+ acres in Livingston Manor, NY with modern updates and original quirks. Antique styling throughout the entire house including a free standing fireplace and great vintage furniture. Recently remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining friends and family with a bonus bbq deck featuring both a gas grill and big green egg, plus the outdoor fireplace and dining area is a great place to enjoy the mountain views.
An old home with new additions added recently. Many original details for the old home lover. Miles away from any hustle and bustle of city life, but with easy access from NYC at just 2 hours from the GWB. A short drive to town and situated right off the famed Willowemoc creek. Just a 3 minute walk to public fishing access and close to miles of hiking trails.
We will have a property manager for any help needed
Outside of town and surrounded by state land. Creeks, trails, swimming holes and waterfalls abound.
