You will be hard pressed to find one of this size anywhere in Provincetown. Although once a one-family home, this unit sprawls the entire main floor and backyard of the original homes footprint. This property boasts a private screened-in furnished front porch with direct views out onto Bradford street, designated parking for 1 vehicle, and a large fenced private outdoor patio featuring a gazebo covered dining area that seats 8, a bbq pit, outdoor shower and a furnished cabana. The interior includes a full living room, a full dining room that formally seats 8, pull out daybed, a chefs kitchen complete with Bosch range and dishwasher, complete with chefs appliances, everything needed for entertaining, washer / dryer, central air conditioning ( one bedroom operates on a window unit due to location ). One small bathroom is directly off the kitchen and includes a stand up shower stall. The other off of the dining room contains a deep jetted jacuzzi tub. There are flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms, and in the living room. Premium cable TV is included as well as an iPod docking station premium sound system with speakers throughout the property. Both bedrooms sleep 2 each. The master BR off of the kitchen has a queen bed and the second off of the dining room has a queen sized bed as well. There is plenty of room to entertain, unwind and relax whether it be indoors, or outdoors or in the screened in front porch.
