Overall it features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a living room, a dining room, laundry, a home office, and a kitchen. The three-story water tower includes a scenic lounge on the top floor with a 360-degree view, and on the ground floor, one of the bedrooms with a bath. The property is home to approximately 5 acres of vineyard planted with premium Chardonnay vines used to make Flowers Sonoma Coastal Chardonnay.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property! The home was immaculately clean and had everything you needed in it. The furnishings were very comfortable and it didn't feel like your typlical house flip to short term rental - it felt like a real home. Our teenage boys liked having their own bedroom in the water tower and our dog loved the fenced areas to sniff around. Great location for exploring all of West County!
