Positive: We loved the peace and quiet, taking a break from the tourist hassle, cooking our own food and eating on the deck overlooking the sea and the Turkish Steps. The sea breeze kept the place cool 2/3 nights, on the last night we needed to use the fan - there is no air-conditioning. It was great to have the use of a kitchen and a washing machine. Half an hour from Valley of the Temples and 12 minutes to the Turkish Steps. You need a car to access this place and can drive to a number of beaches to swim.
Negative: There was no Wifi and no sofa.
Summary: Beautiful peaceful place to escape the madding crowds, half an hour to Valley of the Temples.
