Marvelous Villa in a guarded Condo area of Villas Acqua in Ixtapa, Mexico. Three blocks away from Ixtapa main Beach. Large pool , jacuzzi, hammocks, general palapa with TV. Mostly visitors /owners for the weekends. Guarded entrance 24 hours.
Very well equipped Condo as we lived over 1,5 years ourselves in the house. Many items brought along from Germany. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning. Additionally ceiling fans. TV and DVD Stereo. Microwave oven as well as toaster/ oven, large fridge. Non smoking; no pets.
30 minutes from Ixtapa/ Zihuatanejo airport. Area with families and retired People.
Various different beaches within 2 - 20 minutes reach - from calm water to Surfing paradise waves. Nobel Beach Resort Ixtapa with 10 minutes distance to typical Mexican small town of Zihuatanejo and its Bay. Villas Acqua can be found on the Internet as well as Ixtapa for more description.
