Summary: The place was spacious for family of 5 for 2/2 apartment. WiFi was great. The place was super clean. Good value. However, we stayed in the 1st floor by the street so the apartment was noisy. The self check in after hours process was stressful and tedious, as the key can be in another location apartment. It was difficult to understand this process. It requires me to submit all passport, sign contact, pay the apparent and put in a deposit. I wished this information was laid out with Expedia before I book it. Although they respond to email, it wasn’t clear. I had to exchange emails several times. Additionally they wouldn’t give you the check in instructions u til 24 before check in. Basically I flew out of SFO, not knowing where to check in and how to check in. Lots of emails wa tedious and the process was stressful. If I knew, I wouldn’t have book this property. Although the place was spacious, I wouldn’t book it again. I rather pay a little more to have a better and personal check in experience.
