Traditional Spanish 3-bedroom detached villa sits is a mature, private site in a residential area in Villamartin. This stunning villa with a large private pool, garden, and solariums is situated on Pinada Golf II urbanisation. The fantastic blue flag beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia are a short drive away, as are three championship golf courses. There are ample bars and restaurants close by, at Villamartin Plaza and La Fuente Plaza which are a 10 min and 15 min walk away respectively. The property features 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, inside dining area and a covered outside terrace dining area and BBQ. There are two upstairs sun terraces, one with views over Villamartín golf club, the second which is off the main bedroom, has a comfortable seating and sunbathing area.
The villa has AC, WiFi, TV, a washing machine and tumble dryer so guests can enjoy their stay. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a bath in the master and showers and toilets in the downstairs and the basement bathrooms for added convenience.
