This sunny 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect slope-side retreat for families and groups of up to eight guests. The views of the slopes, the Town of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains are simply awesome! Settle into the cozy living area after a day on the slopes and exchange stories about your favorite runs of the day as you watch the skiers come down the slopes. Or curl up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through the huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV to catch a movie or the early morning snow report.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats eight, as well as room for four at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, and access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
