Positive: Location is quite good, small houses are spread over nice territory. Enough place for parking. Apartment is clean.
Negative: Internet connection was really bad - only in one end of the apartment you could hardly connect, while in any other place there was no connection at all. There are no towels, you have to ask the reception and get them for extra money.
Summary: Nice location, rather good for money despite some problems.
