Designed for families or groups of friends, this dreamy villa has three independent sections, each with its own entrance, perfect for sharing space without sacrificing privacy.There is a private covered car park for two cars, in addition to free spaces beside the road if you come with additional equipment.The main house is divided into two ventilated levels. On the ground floor, you will find an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room with a smart TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a terrace with sea views, ideal for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks. A room with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm) is also located on this floor, with views of the pool and the sea, and an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower.On the upper floor, the main suite is pure coastal delight. With a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), smart television and its own small terrace with table and chairs, it is the perfect place for quiet mornings. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, modern and features more sea views and a generous walk-in shower.Go down the side stairs and you'll reach the outdoor barbecue area with a washbasin, which leads to the sunny pool terrace with a large dining table and, yes, more sea views. Right next to the pool, there is an independent guest room with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm), smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.Below the villa, an independent apartment offers total flexibility.
