Villa Yolanda is a charming three bedroom villa in a great location, just steps from the beach and the amenities of Cala'n Porter. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are at walking distance, even the famous “Cova den Xoroi”. At the same time it is in a part of the resort that is quiet, exclusively residential.
The villa has a private pool and a surrounding terrace that offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. It also has an impressive built-in barbecue and a pergola with table and chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious dining room and, separated by a beautiful arch, the elegant living room with its comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and direct access to the pool and terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped for a first class stay.

Summary: The Villa was as described and perfect for our family holiday. The area had exactly what we needed, all within walking distance. It would have been helpful to have a welcome book with some information regarding things to do in the area, information about the bins etc. Overall, a great holiday in a great family friendly location.
