Positive: Booked the trip for my parents in law and they were very happy with the accommodation and welcome they received from host Yanna. They were very happy with their stay and would visit again.
Negative: The communication with the property manager Stefania wasn't ideal. Right after booking I received an e-mail that my reservation would be cancelled, because they haven't received the pre-payment via bank transfer, which was due in 24 hours. I understand the need for pre-payment, but I felt rushed and the manager wasn't responding to my questions so quickly and provided confirmation of payment receipt and of the reservation only after booking intervened to assist. Then after we informed the manager of the expected time of arrival several times, including 30 minutes before reaching site, as agreed, my parents in law had to wait 30 minutes and chase by phone in order to be let in. So communication could have been better.
