A great base as well from which to explore the heart of Apulia with the beaches of Capitolo and Polignano a Mare, the Caves of Castellana Grotte, the Trulli of Alberobello and the beautiful towns of Bari and Ostuni. All these situations are less than half hour driving.. The house is tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of excellent standard and the overall effect is most agreeable. Outside a wonderful garden with a 15 x 5 swimming pool, a fabulous veranda, a panoramic pergola for “dining al fresco” during the summer and a lemon house with several citrus trees. All this is illuminated and fenced in. Completely refurbished this property is ideal for an extended family or group of friends who want to enjoy each other’w company in perfect privacy.
