Villa Voula with private pool is located approx. 25 km east of Heraklion, inland on the north coast of Crete between the extensive sandy beaches of Anissaras and Analipsi in the Aghios Ioannis district.
Architecturally inspired by the traditional stone construction style and equipped with all the amenities of comfortable accommodation, it offers guests plenty of space, privacy and living comfort. The solid construction, the arcade arches and the exposed stone walls in the interior give the vacation home a special charm. The modern kitchen equipment, the white walls in the interior and the selected, bright furniture of the villa harmonize with the traditional Cretan architecture. The garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants, a huge covered terrace with BBQ area, a large pool with whirlpool and a small chapel complete the picture. The huge covered terrace by the pool provides the necessary shade, the sun loungers invite you to linger and the sea lies on the horizon. The large covered terrace with fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area offers the best conditions for family gatherings and vacation moments.
The two-storey stone villa with pool was renovated and refurbished in 2023. In the living/dining room, the fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere on some cool days. Adjacent to this is the semi-open kitchen on one side and the bedroom and bathroom on the other. The living room has direct access to the north-facing terrace, garden, pool and large covered terrace. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a private terrace with beautiful views of the sea, the offshore island of Dia and the surrounding landscape of North Crete. The small chapel in the garden of the villa offers the opportunity to celebrate a christening, an anniversary or a wedding on a small scale.
The approx. 55sqm pool (9 x 6m, 1.60m deep, not heatable, in operation from 1.04.-15.11.) with sun loungers provides refreshment and bathing fun for young and old.
