Villa Il Girasole is a detached holiday home in the hills of Camaiore, Tuscany, just 9 km from the beaches of Versilia. It offers a swimming pool for exclusive use set in a private, fenced garden.
The place is ideal for relaxing from the daily stress, being on the outskirts and on a closed road where only residents pass. Everything is surrounded by greenery, but in 5 minutes you can reach the centre of Camaiore where you can find any shop you need, such as supermarkets, fruit and vegetables, restaurants and much more.
For those who want to enjoy a day at the sea, there is no problem - the house is 15 minutes from the sea of Lido di Camaiore with its long sandy beaches.
Back to the house:
Garden of about 300sqm, fenced and bordered with hedges. Here you will find the swimming pool for your exclusive use, 10 x 5m large and 1,4m deep, purified with salt. Sun loungers are available in the garden.
In front of the house there is a covered porch where you can eat outside, perhaps cooking food on the barbecue.
Parking spaces in private property, closed by a gate at the back of the house.
