The first floor is accessed through a beautifully designed staircase and leads to the 3 main bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with its en-suite dressing and bathroom comprising a bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The two other bedrooms of identical format and size have a double bed of 160x200cm and an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have access to a long south-facing wooden terrace.
The lower ground floor offers an extra-large room with a cinema screen and projector. A laundry room and separate toilet room.
The well-appointed garden and centrally positioned swimming pool provide a relaxing environment for the summer season. The pool has a few shallow steps to one side which are much appreciated by the young ones and is equipped with an alarm system. The dominating terrace provides a wonderful outdoor living space with a seating area, a dining area, a barbecue area and a proper bar.
This property is conveniently located just a five minutes walk to a small shopping area, offering a very good bakery, renowned deli, a grocery, a florist, a newsagent, a pharmacy, and a bank, and last but not least a luxury tennis club with a gym, and spa, the Club 7.
Another 5 minutes walk away, is the Parc Méric, a beautiful historical park with a playgroup for the young ones but also ideal for jogging by the river or playing football.
