Villa has 170 m2 with a large garden of 3000 m2, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle) and dining room. In front of the house is a terrace with a fireplace and seating.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and two bathrooms. Next to the room on the upper floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
