The villa is located in San Pantaleo, an ancient farming town overlooking the Costa Smeralda, a popular destination for artists and refined tourism. The location is very quiet and private, in a 11 000 square meter park. and wild nature and fascinating granite rocks. However, the complex is not totally isolated, being close to other villas of which one perceives the presence, and a 3-minute drive from the center of San Pantaleo, where there are the main services and shops.

Summary: The two houses are very nicely renovated and decorated. It is very convenient for two families or adults with teenagers. It has several terrasses. The pool is big and very pleasant with enough comfortable lounge chairs. There was beautiful view of the bay. The house is isolated and quiet. It is close by car to San Pantaleo.
