'Villa Louise' is a newly renovated villa in a fantastic romantic location on a small hill overlooking the sea in the exclusive guarded domaine of Gaou Benat. The Domaine de Gaou Benat has two private sandy beaches for properties in the Domaine. Villa Louise's location is quiet and relaxing but only 20 minutes from Toulon airport and 10 minutes from Le Lavandou's many lively restaurants and bars and the picturesque medieval hill village of Bormes- Les- Mimosas. All the villa rooms have a wonderful sea view and the living room and bedrooms have full length glass doors leading directly on to the large secluded terrace with its panoramic views along the coast towards St Tropez and the Iles d'Or. The villa is on a quiet wooded hill and for the energetic a footpath leads down through the trees to the beach below which can also be reached by car (5 mins). There is plenty of private parking space near Villa Louise and at the private Gaou Benat beach. The beach bar is open from June to September. Golf.: The nearest 18 hole Golf Course is at Golf de Valcros about 20 minutes away; in a valley in the Maures mountains. Golf de Valcros 18 holes - PAR 70 - 5270 m. Domaine de Valcros - 83250 La Londe-les-Maures - Tennis.: Courts are available for hire at the beach. Covered and open air courts are also available for hire by the hour at Le Lavandou. Sailing, Windsurfing and Scuba Diving.: Sailing boats and windsurfers can be hired by the hour from the Gaou Benat private beach in the high season. Scuba diving is very popular in the area and can be arranged through one of three diving schools at Port de Bormes which cater for all levels of experience. Port de Bormes is about 10 minutes away by car and can be seen from the villa terrace. The national marine park and nature reserve of Port Cros island, about 7 miles south of Cap Benat, is a special attraction for scuba divers and there are plenty of boats a day taking divers to explore this pristine nature reserve. Several wreck dives are also available closeby as well as spectacular wall dives. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND TOWELS ETC ARE NOT PROVIDED and that we do not currently have wi-fi. However there is a good 4G mobile phone signal.
