WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AND BIG EVENTS. NO LOUD MUSIC AND OTHER NOISE AFTER 9 PM. IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE RULES, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. Please check your items carefully before checking-out!
- Sauna. NEW! Our outdoor electric sauna for 12 people is the perfect way to unwind and relax. You can enjoy the panoramic backyard view at any time during your stay. You can use the sauna for an additional fee:
$250 for 4 hours per day
$150 one-time cleaning fee
$50 extra hour
After booking and paying for the use of the sauna, please inform us in advance about the time and date of use of the sauna so that we can preheat the sauna to the required temperature. This is usually around 3 hours. After finishing using the sauna, you must inform us so that we can turn off the electric heater.

Respectfully, we have one important request for you to take into consideration. Please, cover the gaming tables (pool, tennis and foosball) with a special table cover after use. Do not scatter or loose table covers.
Everything needs to be back in place by check-out.

We have 2 types of grill (charcoal and gas). Respectfully, if you are going to use them, please buy charcoal and propane in advance. We do not provide these items.

Please note, that our brick room is positioned as a sun terrace. It is used not for cooling. Sometimes AC cannot cool the room sufficiently due to the sunny side and frequent opening of the door.
Enjoy your time outside with an in-ground, private, heated pool! The cost of heating the pool is included in the nightly rate, so swim in ocean blue waters with no worries of extra charges! The pool deck also has ample space to relax—lay on the lounge chaises to get the perfect glow and admire the beautiful palms or read a book on a sunny afternoon. The outdoor area also includes a beautiful pergola with a dining table set, so you can enjoy your meal outside.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU WOULD LIKE A WARM POOL, PLEASE LET US KNOW 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE!
Pool heater works from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
For your safety and comfort, our pool is maintained by a professional pool service company once a week (Thursdays) to ensure everyone’s comfort while enjoying the beautiful, heated pool on our property.
Sometimes pool guy may come on other days during your stay without warning. Please follow his advices and do not use the pool within 1-2 hours after his visit. Chemicals takes time to dissolve.
The backyard provides you with complete privacy, thanks to the large palms along the perimeter, and is an excellent place for taking photos in an original atmosphere. You can walk along the rope path and come to an old tree with real moss. Satisfy your eyes with beautiful palm trees that make you feel like you are in the tropics. Maybe even take an outdoor shower in a jungle atmosphere!
Outside lights are automatic. They are solar and have only green color.
Stains and burns on chairs, carpet, pillows and other furniture - $200.
IMPORTANT: Guest is 100% responsible for any damages or broken things in the house.
Broken dishes and interior items - 50$
NO drugs of ANY KIND are allowed inside, nor outside within 250 ft of property. If any guest decides to violate this rule will be charged additional $500 and asked to leave the property immediately without refund.
If you do not inform us about additional guests in advance, checked in guests who decide to bring visitors over to the property will be:
a) asked to have their visitors leave Vrbo property immediately
b) fined $500 for each violation
c) asked to leave Vrbo property immediately without refund thus forfeiting the reservation for a repeat violation
Checking out late without prior host approval incurs a fee equal to x2 cleaning fee otherwise. ($600)
CAMERAS: This property is under video surveillance (OUTSIDE ONLY) in the backyard.
ABOUT PEOPLE OVERNIGHT: Usually, we allow only 9 people overnight. If you want more people (NOTE: no more than 11), please send us a request and provide this information in advance. You should remember that we have 4 King size beds and 1 Twin bed. We can provide folding beds for additional people.
ABOUT PEOPLE ON THE BACKYARD: If you are going to invite extra visitors, you must remember that no more than 12 people in total, including guests declared in the booking. After 10 PM additional guests must leave the backyard because of restrictions of the government. Any noise (such as loud music and loud voices of people) must not disturb our neighbors. For your events you can use our brick room: enjoy music and your company. No noise on the backyard after 10 PM!
There are 12 parking spaces on the property. Please do NOT park or block the sidewalk or park on the road. Violators may be subject to fines and/or towed. The garage is NOT available for guest parking, as it is reserved for cleaning supplies and storage use. However, guests may enter the garage from the interior of the property to access the washer and dryer.
GARBAGE: The City of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday during the day from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We provide two green and two blue garbage bins at the back of the house. If you are staying during those days, please put out any used garbage bins at the front of the driveway on the evenings of Sunday and Wednesday. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house behind the gate, we would appreciate it!
There is a charging station for electric vehicles on the property.
The Royal Standard House is in an excellent location, close to many popular tourist places.
