Spacious contemporary villa. Suitable for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Heated pool.
It is a residential area, and is nice and quiet. The villa terrace area is very private.
Large private patio, with 2 outside eating areas. Built in large BBQ.
You may notice other villas in the area that look similar to ours. Our point of difference is that we are on the edge of the development, are on a much bigger plot, and have open views to the seas horizon. Others are surrounded on all four sides by other Villas. The adjoining walls are high so you have a very private sun terrace.
50' flat screen TV with ALL uk channels inc Sky Sport, Sky Movies and a vast on line Video Library.
We also have German, French, Italian TV channels. Floor fans in bedrooms. Facilities for babies.
Luxury mattresses on the beds. Black out blinds in all rooms, keeping them cool, and nice and dark for getting the kids to sleep.
All beds have very comfortable mattresses and good quality bedlinen.
The adjacent road you may see on the map is not an access road, its a dead end, so the only traffic you get are people that are lost ! So its very very quiet and private.
You can walk from the Villa, to Faro Park, this takes 5 minutes , here you will find some fantastic Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. There is also a Supermarket a Bakery, and a Bus Stop to Playa Blanca Town. Taxis are abundant and easy to order. Cost about 5/6 euros.
You can also climb over the Garden wall, and it takes you on to open land direct to the coast. 3 minutes at the most. You can turn right and walk for miles on an unspoilt, undeveloped coast line on a dusty track, or you can turn left and walk all the way to Marina Rubicon, which becomes a wide pavement.
Its lovely to have access to the sea and these walks.
Behind us is Montana Roja. This has a footpath to the top, and gives stunning views of Playa Blanca and out to Fuerteventura. Great start to the morning if you like to exercise.
