Almunecar - a typical small Spanish town with a wide range of leisure activities for all ages and all seasons. With many nice restaurants along the coast and in the old town with still very low prices. Long beaches invite you to swim. Just an hour north of Malaga airport, the place is very easy to reach by car.
The house is in Los Pinos Almunecar. So no street noise and the surf of the waves is still very nice to hear from here. Together with the breathtaking view, it is like balm for the soul.
You can feel the calm as soon as you come through the gate and walk down the stairs through the beautiful garden to the villa.
Casa Armonia is located in the very quiet and idyllic district of Los Pinos north of Almunecar city center, approx. 15 minutes from Nerja and only 5 minutes from La Herradura.
The house is very suitable for up to 8 people.

The villa with a total of 175 square meters is divided into two residential units, each with separate entrances, and is surrounded by a 450 square meter, wonderful garden. The upper terrace with a private pool, the lower with a very cozy lounge for up to 10 people. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view over the open sea.
The main apartment with 140 sqm offers a fully equipped, open kitchen, a spacious living room with internet, TV including sound system, dining table and direct access to another small terrace with dining table and BBQ; a bedroom with double bed ( 180x200cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) which can also be put together. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet. A smaller bedroom with 2 singel beds (90 X 200 cm) and lovet sea viets.
In the adjacent entrance area you will also find a small guest toilet.
The pool is located on the upper terrace next to the entrance to the main house.

Access to the 35 sqm apartment is on the lower terrace.
Here you also have an open and fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table and a couch lounge.
A bedroom with a large double bed (180x200cm) and a wonderful view with direct extra access to the large terrace. A bathroom with toilet is of course also available.

All furniture, beds and mattresses are new and of very high quality.
Air-conditioning can be found in all bedrooms, in the kitchen and in the living area.

Within 15 minutes walking you can reach the nearest beach with small boutiques and restaurants as well as a water park for the children. Follow the beach promenade for another 15 minutes to get to the center and the old town of Almunecar. Here you will also find some supermarkets with a very large range. Each larger supermarket has its own underground car park and / or parking spaces for your car.

Combine your vacation with the warm Spanish sun, absolute tranquility and leisure activities such as golf and diving. Skiing is also possible in the Sierra Nevada, 1 hour away. The slopes are open from December to the end of April!
