4 Bedroom Villa in Los Pocillos, Puerto del Carmen

New to VBRO for 2025! Villa Valeria is a family owned holiday home situated on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen off Av. Italia. The villa is 300 metres from the promenade, beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport (cost roughly 20 Euros).

South facing sun terrace so the pool has the sun all day. Pool is solar heated (October to April only). Pool 7 x 3 metres (depth 1.25-1.55m).
There is an upper terrace off the living room with partial sea views, built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen on upper floor with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master double (king bed) bedroom has a bunk bedroom attached which will sleep 2 children. There are two other twin bedrooms. All 3 main bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. No air conditioning anywhere else in property. Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children. Children aged 2 and under do not count towards occupancy.

Bathroom with shower downstairs. Further bathroom with bath upstairs.
Mini fridge with ice compartment downstairs for convenience when at the pool.
TV: IPTV = BBC/ITV/SKY/BT All UK + MOVIES ON DEMAND, BOX OFFICE, PREMIER LEAGUE GAMES.
DVD Player with 50 DVD movies.
Unlimited Broadband internet speed up to 300mb/sec.
Cot and high chair available. Cot linen provided. Please advise if required at the time of booking. Children’s toys and play mat. Plastic cups, plates, bowls and cutlery.

Summary: We stayed at villa Valeria during the February half term break with my family. When searching for the ideal place to stay, we came across this listing and saw it was new, and took a chance as had no reviews. We are so pleased we booked, as communication from the host was brilliant, and we knew we had made a great choice. The location of the Villa was perfect, only a 10 minute taxi ride away from the airport. Its 5 minutes walk to the shops, where we got fresh bread every lunch time at the Spa, and ice creams in the evening with walks along the beach, which was only 5 minutes further along the road, and plenty of other shops and restaurants to chose from.The pool is a lovely size, and were plenty of inflatables for us to use, which the kids enjoyed. There are plenty of sun loungers and seating for everyone outside too. Plenty of towels provided, and handy to have the washing machine for keeping the kids clothes fresh as my niece, almost a year old, got so messy at meal times. Such great effort has put put into the kids here too, high chair cot, toys and games which we appreciated. Rooms were great, with enough space for everyone and our room had the adjoining bunk room so the kids could see we were close by. Space inside the villa was perfect for us, and we loved having meals on the balcony area. We cooked most nights & ate out at spoons, which was so reasonable, with lovely staff. We all agreed we will definitely be returning next year, thanks for a fab holiday!
