Magnific villa in sea front line in the urbanization of Son Xoriguer, in the municipal district of Ciutadella.
The villa with its nice entrance and typical Minorcan plants, is distributed as follows:
First floor:
- balcony with sunbeds and beautiful view of the beach of Son Xoriguer.
- the master bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath.
- a small lounge flooded with light, overlooking the sea.
Ground floor:
- nice hall with a small patio decorated with plants.
- a bath with shower.
- living room and dining room with large sliding doors which lead out onto the exterior terrace. From here you can see the beautiful swimming pool and the sea.
- the fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area, also leads straight out onto the exterior terrace.
- on the left hand side of the hall you´ll find a long corridor leading to the bedrooms:
- 2 twin-bedded rooms with fitted in wardrobes and direct access to terrace and pool.
- 1 single bedroom with access to terrace and pool too.
- at the end of the corridor you´ll find a bathroom with bath and a laundry room with washing machine.
- all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning apart from the children bedroom on the first floor, this one is equipped with a fan.

Summary: The views, wow, we have been coming to Menorca for 18 years and have never had a villa with the size pool and views this villa has. The location is perfect over looking the sea and perfect for having a morning swim, It’s also within walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. The villa is such a good size for 8 adults & a 1 year old with a high chair and cot included it also has very good air conditioning. The only thing missing is a safe ( I couldn’t find one ) and a couple of new hairdryers, apart from that I think this villa is perfect. We will be back for sure.
