Villa Tajoma is a stunning exclusive rental with panoramic mountain views located on the border of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande, it offers complete flexibility of private hire for larger groups and families. The main villa and yellow decor casita are completely self contained so you have peace of mind that the kids can't go anywhere while you lounge by the pool!
With family life the centre of our focus we have on site two high chairs, two travel cots and two stair gates, these are all available upon request.
The rental is spread over 3 properties, the main villa, a casita (guest house) on the same plot next to the pool (yellow decor) and a totally self sufficient additional casita (purple decor) which is 50 yards from the front gate of the main plot.
With 5 bedrooms (1 x twin and 4 x double rooms) across the 3 properties this stylish villa rental can sleep 12 guests (including 2 children on bunk beds). With the emphasis on enjoying the views and tranquility of the area, it is furnished with luxury sun loungers, 2 new pergolas to give a great amount of shade.
Next to the pool is the main dining terrace with open views to Alhaurin el Grande and beyond to the Sierra Nevada. There is a beautiful dining table for ten and a bar fridge. This has recently been enclosed with retractable doors so at night you can pull them closed to extend your evening that little bit longer.
We have also recently installed a huge children's play area with safety matting, along with a pool table and dart board, this area is surrounded by a picket fence for your own peace of mind.
There is a private swimming pool surrounded by terraces, gardens, alfresco dining and a gas barbecue. There is lighting throughout the plot and to the elegant driveway. The villa is close to amenities and with an excellent access road.
The main house is distributed over two floors. The ground floor includes a large, spacious and airy living room with feature fireplace and a huge corner sofa with direct access to the terrace.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the properties (which extends to the pool) and wide-screen TV in the living room with complete Sky TV and UK terrestrial channels along with the latest movies on demand at no additional cost. There is also a PlayStation 3 with lots of games. The villa also benefits from a Sonos sound system which allows you to play all of your music on your phone or the Spotify account that is set up for the villa which can be played through the tablet which is available for guests to use.
Across the hallway is a fully equipped kitchen with central dining island. Benefits from large oven/freezer and fridges along with large oven, microwave and dishwasher. Just outside the kitchen door are the washing machine and tumble drier along with clothes line.
Down the hallway is a beautifully finished guest toilet.
At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, this is a large airy room with it's own wet-room and walk in wardrobe. The patio doors in this room give direct access to the pool terraces and views to Alhaurin el Grande.
Upstairs there is double bedroom and a twin room with built in wardrobes and access to the family bathroom.
The sun terrace is also on this level where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the countryside.
The Yellow style Casita is the second dwelling on this plot has an open plan studio style with double doors to living room, American style kitchen, double bedroom and well proportioned bathroom. Bunk beds have also just been installed to make this a perfect property for young families (cot also available).
The Purple style Casita located across the road (50 yards), is the second independent dwelling on a separate and fully fenced plot with double aspect living room, American style kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and covered terrace providing spectacular views. It also benefits from it's own plunge pool and Sky TV if you're looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main house!
The three properties are in perfect condition with double glazed windows, shutters, hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and radiator heating where required. There is an alarm system which covers the main villa and remote controlled gate entry. There is ample parking across both sites.
The villa is superbly positioned with an array of golf courses within a short drive. The popular resorts of Puerto Banus, Marbella and Fuengirola are also within easy reach for a night out (30 minute drive to all). The villa is a very easy drive from the local airport Malaga approx 35 minutes. You will be welcomed to the villa on arrival to be shown around the property, any questions you have can easily be answered with local support and WhatsApp.
