Arriving at Villa Sunny Lemon, guests are greeted by a well-maintained garden. Inside, this house is equally beautiful. Bright, sunlit rooms, ocean-themed décor, flowers and tropical plants will put you right into holiday mood.
The villa features 3 bedrooms with comfortable king and queen-size beds. From the master bedroom, you can directly access the lanai – perfect if you want to take a dip in the morning. 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet are available. In the extra-spacious master bathroom, you will find a second lavatory and a bathtub. Elegant marble design makes this bathroom a true eye-catcher.
The open living area is a perfect place to gather round and socialize with your guests. Cozy sofas and armchairs provide extra-comfort. There is a big flat-screen TV, and if you like to cook, you are in for a treat. The villa´s kitchen has been seamlessly integrated into the living area – making it easy to prepare meals as a group. In addition to an oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, the kitchen comes with a variety of utensils, cutlery and dishware.
You can either dine in the living area or take your meals outside. Right next to the kitchen, there is an elegant glass table with 4 chairs. Up to 6 guests can sit at the second dining table. 2 more tables grace the lanai. Here, you will also find the villa´s gas grill.

Alternatively, you can go by car to enjoy the ocean. Cape Coral´s public Yacht Club Beach is only 20 minutes away. If you need groceries for your trip, just drive 7–15 minutes to the next Publix, Walmart or ALDI. You do not feel like cooking? No problem. The vicinity offers many restaurants: from steak houses, pizzerias and fast food to Chinese cuisine and seafood. There is no shortage of things to do, either. Just take a 20-minute drive north and you will reach two highlights of Cape Coral: Sun Splash Family Waterpark and Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park.

HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2–4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40–$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
Cancelation fee: In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
