The large swimming pool, the terraces and its garden make it ideal for those who enjoy spending their days in the sun. The interiors of this single family property are traditional, with a light and airy feel throughout. WiFi and air conditioning / heating are included in all bedrooms. The large rectangular pool is located at the rear of the villa, surrounded by tall cypress trees and a grassy area that extends around the property. A covered terrace provides a pleasant shade from the midday sun.Here you will find your outdoor dining table, with the material barbecue on one side. The villa is accessed through a country road. The driveway has ample space, for at least 2 vehicles, and up one step onto a shaded porch is the front door. The interior of the house consists of an open plan dining room. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace to the side of the villa, where you will find a small table with chairs. There is ample space in the kitchen and a useful little pantry in which to store your supplies, which can be obtained from the traditional local market. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms.The master bedroom opens directly onto the covered terrace next to the pool, with views of the pool and the surrounding mountains. The 2 double bedrooms have views of the surrounding countryside and are connected to a covered terrace on the side of the villa. There are also two bathrooms.
