A stunning villa on Fuerteventura Golf Club with a private heated pool, free wifi, UK TV and barbeque area. Superb views of the mountains surrounding Caleta de Fuste from all angles of the property, with lovely views of the sea and Fuerteventura Golf Club from the upstairs balcony. The villa comes complete with welcome pack for a minimum 7 night stay. A 5 night stay is available without a welcome pack, fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and utility room.
Two bedrooms include 4 beds that can be pushed together to make two doubles , the main bedroom is always laid out as a double with the second bedroom being laid out as two singles. Both have fitted wardrobes for those clothes that you need to look after. If required, there is also a travel cot and high chair for the little one in your party. The bedrooms also have fly screens on the sliding doors so that you can allow the air to circulate whilst you sleep. The main bedroom has a safe.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, sink and bidet with a separate shower room, wc and sink downstairs as well.
The lounge diner is well equipped with modern comfortable furniture and fly screens. The terrace area is covered enabling you to get away from the heat if you need to and has outside furniture for Alfresco dining. The patio comes with sun loungers for poolside relaxation. Only five minutes walk to the 1st tee with a further ten to fifteen minute walk to the attractions of the Atlantico shopping centre. Making that around twenty minutes or so to the main bars and restaurants of Caleta de Fuste and a taxi back is around 5 euros. You can even call into bar La Isla on the way to watch the sunset with a lovely G &T.
You will be met at the villa on arrival and shown where everything is and that contact will be available to call on should you need any support during your stay. Please use it if you feel something is not quite right, we aim to please and make sure everything is in order. However, as in life, things can happen!
Please note the swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees. It is ideal for swimming, but is not a hot tub! Too hot a temperature in the pool causes all sorts of problems and can cause chemical reactions in the water, meaning other problems could occur, we maintain our pool weekly. Fuerteventura is a windy island and if the sun is not out and the wind up, the pool will feel cooler. Please bear this in mind.
Also, please make sure the pool cover is on when the pool is not in use. This keeps the temperature up and stops debris blowing into it.
