This fabulous 3 bedroom villa with private pool, sits in a prime location in Pernera. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach is within walking distance, yet it is still far enough away to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Free WiFi and Cable Channels are available for all guests. This delightful 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 people. Complete with a large private pool set in a large garden area and sits in the perfect location in the family resort of Pernera. The villa offers an open plan lounge that is light, open and airy with plenty of room for the family. There are two comfortable settees and an arm chair is available to rest your weary legs after a hard day of sight seeing or sunbathing. A TV and DVD is also provided with local UK satellite channels. Free Wifi is available for all guests. There is a solid wood dining table which seats 6 people. The living area extends outside through the patio doors to vibrant gardens and the rear of the villa. The fully fitted kitchen is separate to the lounge/dining area and includes an additional table and chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all utensils. The patio doors lead onto a tiles patio area with table and chairs for al fresco dining and leads onto the swimming pool. Upstairs the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and plenty of wardrobe space. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is a family bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning units for the hot summer months. The outside patio area overlooks the large private swimming pool,(10mx4m) which is cleaned regularly. The pool offers access through roman style steps or you can enter by ladder. By the side of the pool are six sunbeds and umbrellas. You will also find BBQ facilities. Villa Sobella is in a prime location. Pernera is a small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras, and is ideal for beach holidays. Pernera offers three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to visit as well as a small but active harbour from where boat trips can be taken. For the more adventurous person, Penera has a large selection of water sports, from Para sailing, pedalows, inflatables etc. In some of the bars you will find children play areas, to keep your children entertained while you relax and take in the breath taking scenery Protaras has to offer. Pernera also has a small water park, ideal for the younger children, this is approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa. A 20-25 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Protaras with its many bars, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Further along the coast is the lively Ayia Napa, approx. 10-15 minutes drive There is a regular bus services available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the livelier Protaras strip and Paralimni’s wide assortment of shops.
