4 Bedroom Villa in Caloosahatchee, Cape Coral

Villa Siva has everything you need for a relaxing Florida vacation. The villa is located in the popular SE part of Cape Coral, in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and to the bridge over to Ft Myers. The area has a lot of biking paths, perfect for that morning walk or jog. You have restaurants, bars, and grocery stores just 5 minutes away by car. You can take the bike down to the beach or to the local bar or restaurant.
When entering this charming vacation home, you will step into the reading room with a comfortable seating arrangement. The fully equipped new kitchen features spacious cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops and lots of dishes and tools. Right next to it is a large, extendable dining table with 8 chairs.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached master bath with a large tiled shower, and vanity cabinets. The second and third bedrooms both have Queen-size beds and one has a TV. The two bedrooms share the second bath, which is also conveniently accessible from the lanai. The office can be used as a fourth sleeping area with 2 twin beds, connected to the master bedroom.
The villa offers WiFi connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone. There is also a color laser printer/copier/scanner in the house, just in case you need to print something from your laptop.
In the large fully screened lanai there is an electric heated pool with lots of space around it for extended sunbathing. Part of the lanai is under truss featuring a wicker furniture seating arrangement, a dining area for 6 persons as well as a gas grill.
The dock has a boat lift available where you can keep a rental boat during your stay. You can access the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Sanibel and Captiva. It is only 5 minutes out to the open water and the impressive Caloosahatchee River. Experience the amazing Florida wildlife, with dolphins and manatees. The dock has a tiki hut with patio furniture for you to enjoy the amazing view over the canal. The dock also has a kayak and jet ski launch for your use. There are two 10-foot kayaks with life jackets available, and two adult mountain bikes for your use during your stay.
