Positive: Don't expect a luxury property. It's a basic with old furniture apartment but you have all you need. Kitchen fully equipped including plates, cutlery , fridge, microwave and so on. Location it's outstanding straight on the beach close to shops, restaurants, railway. Also the apartment was very clean. Overall an excellent choice for families for a decent price.
Negative: No wireless internet connection and no air conditioning or even a fan
