The comfortable villa is located in Sa Coma near Cala Millor in the east of Mallorca, about 400m from the sea, the fine sandy beach and the beach promenade, or the town center of Sa Coma. Along the promenade directly at the sea you will find numerous restaurants, stores, some small supermarkets and a bakery.
The vacation home was modernized in 2016 and a lawn garden was created around the house. All rooms are bright and friendly, tastefully and generously furnished. On 280sqm of living space distributed over two floors you may leave the stressful time at home behind and enjoy the vacation. The living room with open fireplace for cozy evenings is bright and friendly furnished. The separate dining room, accessible through a round arch, invites you to dine together, if the weather does not allow the use of the great terraces.
The bedrooms are all double and have been furnished with one double and six single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a shower tray. The property has a large 9 x 4 m pool and is surrounded by palm trees and plants. Here you can perfectly spend your vacations with friends or with the extended family and find relaxation on one of the partly covered terraces. The long sandy beach of Sa Coma you can reach via a small path directly at the house comfortably in just a few minutes walk, because the house is located only 400 m from the water. Summary: The property is spacious and was perfect for our family of 10. The location was brilliant. 10 minute walk to the beach and some great restaurants nearby in Sa Coma and also in S’illot (try La Casita). We picked up pastries from the bakery between Sa Coma and S’illot on several occasions. The children loved the pool which is a decent size and although it’s not heated the good weather meant we soon warmed up. The beach at Sa Coma was very good for families. A few little niggles - one shower isn’t fixed to the wall and cannot be used as a shower, more seating is needed in the lounge. The property looks a little tired and could do with a bit of a facelift but it still met our needs. An en-suite upstairs would have been the icing on the cake.
