Tradition and modernity come together in this cozy chalet. With its own sunny garden in a rural location, you are still only a few minutes away from Salzburg's old town. A homemade ring cake and a bottle of prosecco are waiting for you. A beautiful garden by the river with lounge furniture and a BBQ area. In the family-friendly, cozy house is a large living area with kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with flat TV, which invites you to relax after a day in the Salzburg region. The tiled stove creates a cozy atmosphere. There are a total of three stylish bedrooms in the house and an additional beach suite in the garden in summer. Additional beds can be installed at any time. Our house is in a prime location on the outskirts of a residential street in the countryside. A quiet place to relax and enjoy pure vacation. Childproof because it is fenced. The historic center of Salzburg can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. We are happy to lend you our mountain bikes free of charge.
