Situated on Eastern side of beautiful island Brac, 10 meters from crystal clear water of Adriatic Sea. A private terrace is just steps away from the beach, what you can rich only from the villa or from the sea. The villa sits in quiet and private location offering peace and tranquility, with gorgeous Mediterranean landscaping, surrounded by lovely pine trees, beautiful scented rosemary and Lavender, among other plant native of island Brac. The villa offers views of the bay, town Sumartin, mountain Biokovo and city of Makarska on the coast half hour ferry drive. Priceless views, gorgeous setting and direct access to the sea, make this villa the perfect “life on the beach” experience. Enjoy The seclusion and casual luxury of the villa, with your coffee on the terrace at sunrise and sunbathing by the bay and sipping on local wine in the evening on the beach or terrace. Just a quick walk from the villa is a family own restaurant Bilin an beach bar and pizzeria Kartolina. The rental part of the villa is entire first floor, which is detach from owner second floor flat. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living room. First floor is totally private, so you feel like you are in your own home. It has its own private entrance and large terrace and garden, as well as direct access to the beach. We are the owners, living in California in winter time and summer time in Croatia. We are on second floor and available for anything our guest may need at any time.
