Summary: We enjoyed an excellent 5 nights in Villa Real 13. The pool is huge and heated nicely (keeping the cover on when we weren't using it definitely helped us). The villa is clean, perhaps in need of a little modernisation in a couple of places, but well equipped and very comfortable. Location is good as long as you don't mind being a short (10 min) walk from bars and restaurants - that was fine for us, and it made it very peaceful. Flamingo beach (nice sandy beach) is 10 mins walk along the sea path, and you have direct access to that from the Villa Real estate. Really enjoyed our stay - thank you!
