Villa in Kalymnos (Dodecanese Islands) with amazing sea and sunset views and terraced gardens. Stunning location - for sea lovers and climbers. Villa is 20 minutes walk to the beach - 5 minutes by car or scooter. Sleeps up to 4 (in 2 double bedrooms) with space for up to 2 small children if required. A perfect place to relax! This pretty new house is nestled among the herb-scented hillsides of Viglies - a tranquil residential area above the little beach and harbour of Melitsachas on the west coast of Kalymnos. The property has an airy, open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms both with sun terraces, a family bathroom upstairs and utility room with second WC downstairs. Running along the front of the villa there is a spacious terrace where you can dine “al fresco” whilst watching fabulous views in every direction. There is no better place to see the sunset every evening! There is a large split level garden with stunning patio area (including traditionally built barbecue). Stone steps lead to further terraces with fruit trees, shrubs and flowers. The free WiFi enables you to keep in touch with family and send the glorious photos of the seas and the islands below the villa. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: King size double four poster bed with huge arched feature window with magnificent views across the sea, air conditioned. Bedroom 2: one double bed, one single bed under if required, air conditioned, wonderful views. Bathrooms: Upstairs: main bathroom with walk in shower, WC and vanity unit with hand basin, wall heater. Downstairs: utility room with washing machine, WC, wall mounted hand basin. Kitchen: Fully equipped, small fitted kitchen with microwave, electric cooker and hob, large fridge-freezer, double polycarbonate sink, toaster, kettle, saucepans, pots and dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, blender, sandwich maker, etc. Utility Room/WC with washing machine. Accessibility: Kalymnos is a mountainous resort and car and scooter hire is recommended. These are easily available from nearby resorts of Myrties and Masouri. The many garden steps, balconies and ledges may be dangerous for young children or anyone with limited mobility. There is no wheelchair access. There is a parking space opposite (which belongs to the neighbour but you are welcome to use it if they are away) or you can park in the road nearby, either above or below the villa.
