Villa Paulette is a delightfully pretty 3-bedroomed villa with private pool, enjoying a great location in the heart of Cala en Porter. Recently renovated, stylishly finished and providing unparalleled quality at unbeatable value for money, Villa Paulette can sleep up to 6 guests and is located close to beach, shops, and restaurants therefore a car is not essential. Set on one floor and provided with a generously sized private pool, this is the perfect family holiday villa and is set to impress. Relax by the pool, taste a delicious meal, enjoy the panoramic views over the green countryside of Cala en Porter: Villa Paulette will not disappoint even the most demanding guests! Inside, Villa Paulette is set over one floor. It has been upgraded with functionality in mind, mixing the traditional Menorcan style with the most modern comforts, to provide a cheerful and cozy feeling. There is an extensive lounge with comfortable sofas, TV (including "Apple TV") and high-speed wi-fi internet. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with double bed, has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin) share a family shower room. Outside, Villa Paulette offers to its guests extensive paved terraces with a large private pool (measuring 8m x 4m, depth from 0.9m to 1.8m). Access is via Roman Steps and the pool is beautifully lit at night. Comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols are provided for endless relaxation under the Menorcan sun while enjoying the lovely country views. An outdoor dining area together with barbecue is available for the guests too. Parking (free of charge) within the premises. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleaning service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Local stay tax (euros 2.2 per adult guest per night) is payable locally.
