Villa Panorama Lefkada. Finding the right words to accurately convey the (genuinely) breathtaking impact of this location is really difficult. When guests arrive, almost without exception, their initial comments are “Wow, the photos were good and did give us a reasonable idea of what to expect but they simply do not do this justice”. (This isn't exaggeration on our part).

We say: It’s only on arrival, when stepping out onto the terraces for the first time that you are hit (strongly) by an almost overwhelming sense of awe. It is quite simply ‘another world’ and yet this ‘other world’ is only a short drive to the absolutely breathtaking bay of Mikros Gialos.
And .... before we forget to mention it, the drains in this property are very much up to the job - no more leaving toilet paper in waste bins!!
This is a breathtaking location with exceptional far reaching sea views. Three bedrooms, two en-suite. Infinity pool. Air conditioning. Dramatic, private setting above beautiful Lefkada village of Poros. Within easy reach of Mikros Gialos bay. The villa has breathtaking uninterrupted sea views & mountain views with Infinity pool overlooking the sea, Meganissi island, Skorpios island & mainland Greece. Extremely tranquil setting. Often, all you can hear are distant goat bells or the cries of eagles & hawks surfing thermal air currents over the Lefkada/ Meganisi channel seen from almost all areas of the house & terraces. Three bedrooms, two ensuite. Bedrooms, lounge & large kitchen all leading to verandas, balconies or terraces with fabulous sea views. The lounge is comfortably, classically furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV (Satellite TV is no longer provided because of the ever decreasing range of (relevant!) content available in that area. This is not a situation specific to just this property, it is the same for most properties on the island. However, now, there is internet TV in the property which allows guests to connect to their favourite streaming services as well as some of the pre-installed apps on the TV e.g. Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. (Note: Do remember to ‘log out’ of Netflix / Amazon etc before you leave the property!)
Extensive terraces & natural gardens. A privileged ‘retreat’ yet easy access to Poros village / Mikros Gialos beach & other beaches including Sivota, Vassiliki, Vlicho, Nidri. Kathisma & Porto Katsiki.
(Genuinely) stunning location & superb views: It’s not uncommon to find Greek villas with impressive views however this Lefkada villa is considered to have one of the most stunning settings imaginable. We don’t use the word ‘stunning’ lightly. From the air conditioned rooms, the infinity pool, terraces & balconies there is nothing to interrupt the phenomenal views over the sea towards Meganissi & mainland. This privileged location allows guests to relax, ‘away from it all’ yet without being in an impracticably remote location. Cool blue theme throughout with soft lighting & comfortable furniture. Outside, after cooling off in the infinity pool, just lie back & luxuriate in the tranquillity.

Outside: parking, terraces, infinity pool, sunbeds, patio furniture. Steps down from pool terrace to large terrace with B.B.Q. Paths, patios & pool are lit at night.

• Car:
In common with the more prestigious villas on this Island (those providing a real sense of ‘escape’ and in dramatic locations) the last stage of access (from Poros village) is via an unmade, although perfectly drive-able, road leading to the driveway of the villa.
Like most properties on Lefkada, a car is required.
Although a 'normal' car can be used on the access road if driven carefully and at low speed (although not sports coupes with lowered suspension and or body trim) we'd recommend, for all round comfort, practicality and the ability to easily explore other parts of the island, a vehicle such as a Suzuki Vitara (4WD), Mitsubishi Pajero (4WD), Diahatsu Terios, 4 door Suzuki Jimny or, one the newer breed of (often just two wheel drive but) "higher clearance", "cross over" vehicles such as the Nissan Qashqai or other SUV.
Vehicles of this type are good for the access road from village to villa as well as exploring some of the island's least visited and most beautiful spots. We can provide details of local suppliers. If there are more than four in your group you may need a second car.
