With easy access to grocery stores, Stearns Wharf, Cabrillo Blvd., beaches, restaurants, and downtown Santa Barbara, the location is exceptional. The Villa is modern Spanish architecture, combining the warm Spanish-Californian exteriors with a sleek, inside-outside living ambiance. Newly constructed and finely furnished, the home exudes luxury with furniture designed first for comfort. Like stepping into the pages of Architectural Digest, the minimalist aesthetic and cool light colors add to the spacious feel of this extraordinary home. The Formal Living Room, with a wall of glass Nana doors, opens completely on two sides to large balconies that offer sweeping views of the ocean and coastal range. The open doors invite the breeze to come in, and are east and south facing, which allows sunshine to enter in the morning. In the evening, the fireplace warms and illuminates this lovely space The Dining Room doors also open completely on two sides, following the inside-outside living concept. A unique custom-made wooden table can seat 8 easily and is a striking artistic feature. The Kitchen, designed with both form and function in mind, has granite countertops from Brazil. These rare rocks are said to be 696 million years old, and the blue and blue-green hues echo the colors of the ocean, earth, and sky. Kitchen windows allow exceptional views of the Channel Islands and the pool terrace below. The Family Room with fireplace is a grand open space, with two separate seating areas and corner game table. Just outside, an outdoor rotunda offers the most amazing spot to enjoy morning coffee, "Wet Wednesday" sailboat races, or the evening's gourmet meal. Stairs lead to the pool terrace below.
