It feels like you're visiting a friend's home, not a rental. Imagine wine tasting in the Valle, surfing the waves or enjoying the sights of Rosarito. Play your tunes on our Bluetooth sound bar, grill your favorite foods on the Weber gas grill, sip wine or margaritas & relax on the stunning patio. Las Gaviotas is a popular surfing spot and is only approx. 30 - 45 minutes from the border! Easy access to the city center, Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Village), Valle de Guadeloupe (wine country), K-38 (surf) and La Fonda. Our villa is decorated in classic Hacienda style: Saltillo tile floors, wood beamed & vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans in all rooms, Talavera tile and local artwork. Renovated master bath and 2nd bath (January 2017) with top-of-the-line finishes including custom floating cabinets, frameless glass shower doors, and decorative Malibu (Talavera) tile accents in showers and around mirrors. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, gas range/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. The kitchen even has a bar area with seating for 3. The living room features a flat-screen TV, Surround Soundbar with Bluetooth, DVD player, wood-burning fireplace & quality designer furnishings from Fausto Palanco. Sink into the oversized sofa & chair with ottoman, dining table w/4 seagrass chairs and fabulous ocean views. As soon as you step into our villa, you'll recognize immediately that this is a quality property that shows pride of ownership. Free WIFI - Washer/Dryer included inside the unit. Our daily pricing is the same, regardless of the date or time of year. We want you to feel comfortable renting our unit without being surprised at the final cost. We have an on-site manager that is available for any questions or assistance during your stay. There is also a Home Book in the property with information about local attractions including restaurant recommendations. Top-notch bedding including down pillows and comforters & quality towels. (Note: Bring your own beach towels) The patio features 2 chaise lounges and table w/ 4 chairs and umbrella. There is also a stainless Weber gas grill for your use. The patio also features various plants & flowers for a personal touch. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET - Washer/Dryer in the unit (not in an outside closet.) When enjoying our ocean view patio, you're not directly on top of another roof - much cooler!! See & feel the difference! Las Gaviotas has a 2 person per bedroom maximum. Any additional people, including day guests, will be turned away at the gate. No pets are allowed for renters in the community.
