Situated right next to the pine clad mountains of Ovacik and Hisaronu, Villa Orman boasts views of the town of Hisaronu and the magnificent mountain range that stretches on for miles. The cafes, bars, shops and eateries of Ovacik are within a short walk and the beach and facilities of Olu Deniz and Hisaronu can be reached easily by car. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a large private pool and spacious terrace making it ideal for larger groups. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included. Villa description Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area Outside, Villa Orman has a large private swimming pool and plenty of terrace space with awesome panoramic views over the resort and mountains. To the left of the pool is a pleasant pebbled garden with a large brick BBQ and a stepping stone path leading to a beautiful, wooden beamed pagoda with cushioned seating and drapes providing some much welcome shade. Entrance Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, Villa Orman has large metal gates opening onto a private parking area for up to 3 cars, with a pathway to the villa entrance. Living space The large, fully equipped kitchen is on the right as you enter the villa. The kitchen has a central island which can be used for more worktop space or as a breakfast table, with high stools. On the opposite side of the hall is a dining room with a large table and chairs. At the end of the hall, 3 steps down leads to the lounge which has a flat screen TV and ornamental fireplace, with patio doors onto the pool terrace. Bedrooms and bathrooms All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, the other with an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom at the front of the villa has a small private balcony whilst the one at the rear shares a larger balcony with the neighbouring twin bedroom and has views over the pool to the resort, framed by the Badabag Mountains. The remaining 2 twin bedrooms are on the right of the hall. All 3 twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom on this level and there is also a shower room on the ground floor. • Villa location Maturing in recent years, Ovacik and Hisaronu have become much sought after areas for a relaxing villa holiday. Ovacik has a number of good restaurants along the main street whilst Hisaronu has a huge choice of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment to choose from. Only a short drive down the hill will take you to the nearest beach and world famous blue lagoon at Olu Deniz. Villa Orman is ideal for families too with a choice of 3 waterparks in the area. Location features Local markets and shopping Anyone looking for a bit of retail therapy will not be disappointed. Hisaronu has an amazing selection of shops from arts and crafts, to shoes and bags, jewellery shops to souvenirs. There is also a tourist and local market every Monday. For a true Turkish experience, then a trip to Fethiye is a must. Just down the hill from Ovacik, Fethiye is the main town of the area and has a large bazaar in the centre that exudes an aroma of Eastern spices as you walk through the narrow cobbled streets, a fantastic fish market, a lovely marina and a selection of waterside eateries. Bars and restaurants The view from your villa extends over the town of Hisaronu, which offers an extensive range of restaurants and bars, easily reached within a few minutes' drive. For the night owls there is an abundance of bars and clubs which are open until the early hours of the morning. The mini markets and restaurants of Ovacik are also within very easy reach, either on foot or by car, dotted around the back roads or along the main street. Beaches The nearest beach to Villa Orman is Olu Deniz, a short drive away, which has a great choice of shops, cafes and restaurants along its length. You can relax here and watch the paragliders make their way from the mountainside to the beachfront, or if you're feeling adventurous, make the journey yourself! Alternatively, the other end of the beach meets the national park and famous Blue Lagoon, and with gentle entry into the sea, is a great choice for families. There are private beaches in this area where, for a small charge, you can spend all day under a parasol, in the sea or gently sail along on the pedalos that can be hired. Eating and drinking is easy in the restaurants on site. The beaches of Gemiler, Calis and Fethiye are all also nearby. Family fun Hisaronu has a choice of activities for children including a funfair, waterparks and crazy golf. Places of interest Once on the main road it is very easy to catch a local bus to get to Olu Deniz down one side of the hill, or Fethiye down the other. Nestled in between the hills is the charming ghost town of Kayakoy. Explore the old derelict town or stop at any of the small yet lovely selection of restaurants. But if you want a true Turkish experience, you need to travel a bit further afield either in your hire cars or if you prefer, on an organised tour with an official guide. There is plenty to see from ancient ruins, to glorious beaches which are the nesting ground for the Caretta Turtles, from rock tombs and gorges to waterfalls and many beautiful boat tours.
