Positive: Property was very spacious and close to main area in Carvoeiro which was all just a walk away, sea views from the property were stunning
Negative: Air con in main sitting area didn’t work properly leaving it as the hottest room in the villa, property is about 10/15 minutes walk from beach so not exactly ‘villa on the beach’, no shaded area near pool, property needs some general upgrades.
Summary: Fab property in great location but needs some upgrades especially air con and shade near pool particularly during a heat
