Centrally located, Villa Oleander is in a great location for the centre of Kalkan, harbour and shops. The outside space has everything you need including a private pool, comfortable sunbeds, dining table for those all important BBQ's and alfresco breakfast's, and a quiet sofa corner await from it for reading and relaxing. Inside the villa is comfortable and spacious, with those all important luxuries such as the large Smart TV so you never have to miss your favourite programme, wifi, and bluetooth speaker, so make sure you load your phone up with all your favourite music. The modern kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is also a downstairs WC for your convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a sea view balcony just perfect for a night-cap, while the en-suite as well as double sinks, also has the luxury of a bath as well as a shower. The twin en-suite bedroom has a rear facing balcony over the olive groves, while the top floor double en-suite bedroom has the luxury of a front facing sea view balcony plus a rear facing olive grove balcony. All in all, this is a great villa in a fabulous location.

Summary: We arrived at the Villa very late at night. Louise (fantastic property Manager) had organised some food and drinks to be delivered for us, which were all ready and waiting. A brilliant start to our holiday! In the morning we were able to have a good look round the Villa and it certainly did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, and very well equipped it had everything we needed. We had concerns the pool may be a little small, but in fact is was great! Close walking distance to town (although a bit of a hike on the way back, this was not a problem as we just jumped in one of the inexpensive taxi's). The Villa was cleaned regularly along with change of bedding and fresh towels. One great surprise was a fresh loaf of bread which was delivered every morning! We had a wonderful time in Kalkan and if/when we do return, we will have no hesitations in booking this Villa again!!
