This is a lovely detached family holiday villa with a huge garden and large outdoor swimming pool. The unique architecture of this 350m² property with pitched roof, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 large living room areas in the middle of a 5,000m² property filled with seasonal trees and local varieties of flowers makes it the crown jewel of the area, and a true oasis to be enjoyed thoroughly by its guests. It is in one of the best locations on the Athenian Riviera; close to the seaside resorts of Anavyssos and Saronida, and 10min drive to the temple of Poseidon. You will love the beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful surroundings (no neighbors!). All in all a perfect getaway for a family or group of friends looking to relax in comfort. Dont hesitate, book now!The villa is built on 3 levels. Ground level contains living areas, kitchen, breakfast room, bathroom and one twin bedroom with direct access to the garden. The lower level comprises a large den area with TV, projector, etc., and two double bedrooms (one ensuite). Finally on the top floor you will find one large double bedroom, one double room and also one large bathroom with tub. Outside in the large garden you will find 3 shaded terraced areas, the swimming pool, outdoor shower, BBQ area and loads of space for the kids to go crazy. The building itself is built to a very high architectural quality and is in great condition. The large swimming pool and other amenities such as basketball court, kids play room with musical instruments and a great selection of games make it an ideal retreat for families wishing privacy, security and luxury.Guests have full access to all parts of the property. You friendly host Dimitris is a very experienced and helpful member of the team - he will make sure you are settled in and have a wonderful time. The location is superb and provides access to the near by Lagonissi township, few minutes drive to Anavyssos town and Palaia Fokaia with the picturesque bay and many fish eateries. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport, 25 minutes drive from the temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, and 45 minutes from Acropolis in Athens, Villa Oasis provides the perfect holiday destination for the traveler that wishes to experience both the city as well as the comfort and luxury of the Athenian Riviera and countryside.
