Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Amazing facilities. The room was very nice with a good bed and large shower. We had the junior suite and was apart from the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed our time laying by the pool and in the jacuzzi! All the other staff was very friendly and helpful!
Negative: The only thing dat was a little less positive… the shops close at 5 on Sunday and we just wanted a can of soda in the evening. The vending machine was coins only and we had to exchange our €20… the man working was doing something in the restaurant behind closed doors. Understandable that there was work to do, but he saw us and two other couples standing at the reception waiting for him to come. He just did not care and didn’t even take the 10 seconds to tell us he would be right there. Eventually we all left… it’s not a good look on the service part…
