Positive: I liked the location which was really near the golf course and a short drive over to sector B for the shops and bars. I liked the pool area although it was cold and not heated. I liked there was a separate bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and I liked that there was a large lounge TV, which was a smart TV.
Negative: We had an invasion of cockroaches so had to buy some silicon to seal around the bathroom tiles to try and stop them coming in and for some reason the double bedroom ensuite bathroom smelt so had to keep the window open. The mattresses were really uncomfortable so we went out and bought some toppers. No plug for the bath so had to buy that and one of the shower hoses didn’t work. Try to repair it but gave up. On arrival, noticed the upstairs bedroom door didn’t lock and several windows can’t be locked. The locksmith came out but didn’t resolve the issue.
Summary: Value for money, but the property could do with being refurbished
