Summary: Villa Nico was the perfect villa for our stay in Matagorda. It is located just behind the Sol Lanzarote Apartments, and approximately 150m from the beach. We even had a sea view. You are slightly overlooked by the apartment balconies, but as these are facing away from the beach, they are seldom used by the occupants and was not an issue. The area is extremely quiet and very close to the restaurants and supermarkets (approximately 150m). The villa was lovely and the kitchen, bathrooms and decor were modern and very clean. The management company were excellent and very quick to respond if we had a query. All communication with them prior to our arrival and when leaving was clear and easy to understand. The wall alongside the side entrance has had an opaque section added to the height which gives more privacy to the villa. The only issue was the pool could do with a really good clean as the sides were grey. Even so, we would definitely stay here again.
