This spacious three-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 520 square metres sits on an elevated plot offering privacy.
Villa Nataliza has a spacious entry hall, a magnificent light marble staircase goes to the upstairs three bedrooms, and the corridor leading to three more bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, blender and Dimobilli multi system coffee machine (several types of hard and soft capsules, coffee pods and ground coffee). An open plan dining area with seating for 8 and a storage room with two combined refrigerators.
Large living room with gas fireplace, two air conditioning units, large full HD flat screen with cable TV, IPTV free-view channels worldwide. Sliding doors from the living area to the pool and garden.
The patio area with dining table for 8 people, round table for 5 people and charcoal BBQ it is perfect to relax and enjoy very good meals outside. The mature garden is equipped with a soccer goal for funny moments.
