Summary: Villa Nasia is right next to a hotel (which was busy with workmen at 07.30 - readying for the season) and has other villas bordering onto it, very close. So it's not as private as the photo's would have you believe and can get noisy at times. It also looks a bit tired with woodwork needing a lick of paint, doors that don't close properly and mattresses that have seen better days. The garden also needed a bit of pruning and weeding. Having said that, the location is perfect for a walk into Coral Bay and the villa is clean, has most things you could need and is value for money. Not outstanding, but ok and as such, I'd use it again in the future if the price remained reasonable.
